This object indicates the status of the conceptual row in the cermConfigResGroupTable. To create a new row (i.e. creating a new resource group) in this table, this object has to be set to 'createAndGo'. If it succeeds, status of the row will be set to 'active'. To delete an existing resource group, this object has to be set to 'destroy'.
