While the value of this object is non-zero, it decrements by one per second until it reaches zero. At the time that this object decrements to zero, the report is made accessible in the atmMatrixTopNTable, overwriting any report that may be there. When this object is modified by the management station, any associated entries in the atmMatrixTopNTable shall be deleted.
