With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Received Echo Persec monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Received Echo Persec, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
Received Echo/sec is the rate, in incidents per second, at which ICMP Echo messages were received.
