With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Percent User Time monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Percent User Time, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
% User Time is the percentage of elapsed time the processor spends in the user mode.
