With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI File Path monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for File Path, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
The FilePath property contains the path to the INF file being used, (Example: c:\temp\driver).
