How to monitor Error Data Order for WMI Win32_CacheMemory ?

To create a WMI monitor for Error Data Order, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:

SELECT ErrorDataOrder FROM Win32_CacheMemory

The ordering for data stored in the ErrorData property. "Least Significant Byte First" (value=1) or "Most Significant Byte First" (2) can be specified. If ErrorTransferSize is 0, then this property has no meaning.
