With IPHost Network Monitor you can run WMI Creating Process ID monitoring of various devices in your network.
To create a WMI monitor for Creating Process ID, provide host name (it must be a Windows host) and specify custom WQL query:
The Creating Process ID value is the Process ID of the process that created the process. The creating process may have terminated, so this value may no longer identify a running process.
