The value of sysUpTime when this CM entry was polled. To avoid this to happen, the NMS can increase the cdrqCmtsCmPollInterval so that the cdrqCmtsCmPollTime would fall in between the cdrqCmtsCmPollerStartTime and the cdrqCmtsCmPollerStopTime.
