bgpPeerHoldTime 1.3.6.1.2.1.15.3.1.18 (defined in rfc1657)
Time interval in seconds for the Hold Timer established with the peer. The value of this object is calculated by this BGP speaker by using the smaller of the value in bgpPeerHoldTimeConfigured and the Hold Time received in the OPEN message. This value must be at lease three seconds if it is not zero (0) in which case the Hold Timer has not been established with the peer, or, the value of bgpPeerHoldTimeConfigured is zero (0).

Time interval in seconds for the Hold Time configured for this BGP speaker with this peer. This value is placed in an OPEN message sent to this peer by this BGP speaker, and is compared with the Hold Time field in an OPEN message received from the peer when determining the Hold Time (bgpPeerHoldTime) with the peer. This value must not be less than three seconds if it is not zero (0) in which case the Hold Time is NOT to be established with the peer. The suggested value for this timer is 90 seconds.

Cisco Network Clock Ncdp Hold Time
cncNcdpHoldTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.121.1.1.6 (defined in CISCO-ATM-NETWORK-CLOCK-MIB)
The delay between the transmission of NCDP configuration PDUs. The hold time is used to limit the transmission of NCDP configuration PDUs out of an interface to a maximum of one configuration PDU per hold time interval per interface. The value of this object should normally be set to match the value of cncNcdpMessageInterval. If the value of this object is higher than the value of cncNcdpMessageInterval, NCDP configuration PDUs will end up being propagated at the rate specified by the value of this object instead. This object is only used by the NCDP protocol entity.
CISCO CABLE AVAILABILITY HCCP Group Hold Time
ccaHCCPGroupHoldTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.242.1.1.2.1.5 (defined in CISCO-CABLE-AVAILABILITY-MIB)
Hold time is the interval(in milliseconds) between the time of receiving the last HELLO ACK message and the time to assume that the cable interface is out of service. In the case of Working, it is the interval in milliseconds between the time when the Working receives a HELLO message and the time to assume that Protect has failed. In the case of Protect, it is the interval in milliseconds between the time when the Protect sends last HELLO message without seeing HELLO_ACK and the time to assume that Working has failed. It is carried by HELLO message and is used by Protect and all Working.
CISCO BGP4 Peer2 Hold Time
cbgpPeer2HoldTime 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.187.1.2.5.1.21 (defined in CISCO-BGP4-MIB)
Time interval (in seconds) for the Hold Timer established with the peer. The value of this object is calculated by this BGP speaker, using the smaller of the values in cbgpPeer2HoldTimeConfigured and the Hold Time received in the OPEN message. This value must be at least three seconds if it is not zero (0). If the Hold Timer has not been established with the peer this object MUST have a value of zero (0). If the cbgpPeer2HoldTimeConfigured object has a value of (0), then this object MUST have a value of (0).

Time interval (in seconds) for the Hold Time configured for this BGP speaker with this peer. This value is placed in an OPEN message sent to this peer by this BGP speaker, and is compared with the Hold Time field in an OPEN message received from the peer when determining the Hold Time (cbgpPeer2HoldTime) with the peer. This value must not be less than three seconds if it is not zero (0). If it is zero (0), the Hold Time is NOT to be established with the peer. The suggested value for this timer is 90 seconds.
