The time when an alarm was cleared. For active alarms, the value of this object contains all zero's. For cleared alarms, this object contains the time when the alarms were cleared.
Enterasys Radius Accounting Client Server Clear Time

On a read, this value indicates the number of seconds since the counters, as defined in the IETF standard RADIUS Accounting Client MIB (RFC2618), were cleared. On a write, the client counters will be cleared and the clear time will be set to zero.

This value indicates the date and time since server counters were last cleared. On a write, the server counters will be cleared and the clear time will be set to the current time if the decoded object is zero. This object's true data type is 1, Integer32.

The number of seconds elapsed since the counters were last cleared. Writing the value zero will cause the servers counters to be cleared and the clear time will be set to zero. Writing any value other than zero will have no effect.

The last time that all the entries in the ccsFlapTable are destroyed. There are several ways to destroy all the entries in the ccsFlapTable. Setting the object ccsFlapClearAll to true is one way, and the other way is through Command Line Interface. This timestamp can be used to know when all the entries in the ccsFlapTable are destroyed. The special value of all '00'Hs indicates that the entries in the ccsFlapTable have never been destroyed.
