Thus ccmtrCollectionID of 1 must be created before the ccmtrCollectionID of 2.

The monitoring will start again only when the row status is changed to active(1).

When a cable modem triggers a flap detector, if an entry does not already exist for this cable modem, and ccsFlapListCurrentSize is less than ccsFlapListMaxSize, then an entry will be created in this table. The new instance of this object will be set to active(1). All flapping modems have the status of active(1). Active entries are removed from the table after they have not triggered any additional flap detectors for the period of time defined in ccsFlapAging. Alternatively, setting this instance to destroy(6) will remove the entry immediately. createAndGo(4) and createAndWait(5) are not supported.

If the frequency represents by the row has been assigned to a cable upstream interface, modifying or deleting such row would cause the cable upstream interface frequency reassignment.
