This object describes the elapsed time (in 1/100ths of a second) between polls for failed secondary link station addresses. Depending on the implementation, a write operation to this administered value may not take effect until the port is cycled inactive. This object only has meaning for SDLC ports where sdlcPortAdminRole == primary and sdlcPortAdminTopology == multipoint
