This variable indicates if there is an alarm present for the DS1 PLCP. The value receivedFarEndAlarm means that the DS1 PLCP has received an incoming Yellow Signal, the value incomingLOF means that the DS1 PLCP has declared a loss of frame (LOF) failure condition, and the value noAlarm means that there are no alarms present.
