This value indicates whether or not Network Management allows service operations on a circuit. The values for service-control are as follows: ENABLED SERVICE state and/or service functions are allowed. DISABLED SERVICE state and/or service functions are not allowed. NOTE: These values are incremented by one compared to the standard DECnet values in order to maintain compliance with RFC 1155.
