Forward cell burst size specified as number of cells. If the best effort indicator is on, the value of this object is ignored. Otherwise (for a reserved bandwidth PVC) this value is utilized by OSA. A value of 0xFF indicates that this value is not being used. Forward cell burst size specifies the maximum number of cells that can be transmitted in the outbound direction at the peak cell rate while maintaining conformance to the PVC traffic contract.
