The Service Category TLV that this client would use in a LE_ARP_RESPONSE for 'lecMacQueryAddress'. If this client wouldn't return a Service Category TLV in the LE_ARP_RESPONSE, this object should be set to zero. The bitmap is larger than the LANE 2.0 specification requires, in case room is ever needed for expansion. This object is only meaningful when lecMacQueryStatus is 'localMacAddress' or 'remoteMacAddress'.
