This object indicates whether or not the Super ELAN LE Services (LES/BUS) for the ELAN specified by ibmSEPortElanName are local to the same node as the port or not. If false(2) the LE Services are local, if true(1) the LE Services are remote (not resident at the same node as the SuperElan). Default is local ELAN.
