Network DECnet IV Protocol If Admin Status

Sets the administrative state of the DECnet Phase IV distance-vector-based routing protocol on the router port for which the entry exists. Enabled (3) causes the routing protocol to become active on the router port. Disabled (2) causes it to become inactive.
