Controls the operation of the access control list identified by nwDecIVProtoIfAclIdentifier. Enabled (3) applies the access control list to all DECnet Phase IV distance-vector-based routing protocol packet traffic on the router port for which the entry exists. Disabled (2) prevents the access control list from being applied.
