Indicates the current operating condition of the AppleTalk Routing Services distance-vector-based routing protocol, system-wide. The value of nwAtProtoOperStatus indicates any problem with the routing protocol configuration. A value of 6 indicates that regardless of the value of nwAtProtoAdminStatus, the routing protocol is not operating because of an invalid configuration.
