This object, in conjunction with prtConsoleOnTime, defines the current status of the light. If both prtConsoleOnTime and prtConsoleOffTime are non-zero, the lamp is blinking and the values presented define the on time and off time, respectively, in milliseconds. If prtConsoleOnTime is zero and prtConsoleOffTime is non-zero, the lamp is off. If prtConsoleOffTime is zero and prtConsoleOnTime is non-zero, the lamp is on. If both values are zero the status of the lamp is undefined. Additional information: There are three control panel LED's: Ready( index 1), Data ( index 2) and Attention ( index 3). The Ready and Data led flash at the rate of 500 milliseconds on followed by 500 milliseconds off. The Attention led flashes at the rate of 250 milliseconds on followed by 250 milliseconds off.
