This object defines whether Static VLAN Binding is enabled or disabled on the port. If enabled, the port is member in the Egress List of the VLANs, as specified in scGenPortVLANEgressStaticConfiguration, in addition to its Port VLAN. If disabled, the port is member in the Egress List of the VLANs, according to the VLAN Tagging mode of the port - i.e. if VLAN Tagging mode is Clear, then the Port is member in the Egress List of only the Port VLAN. If VLAN Tagging mode is 802.1Qtagging, then the Port is member in the Egress List of all VLANs."
