A relatively generic description of the current 'conditions' of this device. Usage: It is desirable that the implementor report 'conditions' of all devices corresponding to conceptual rows in the 'hrDeviceTable' as accurately as feasible. 'Conditions' occur within or across 'states' in a finite state machine (FSM) implementation of a device. They represent both short term and long term conditions.
