The count of SUCCESSFUL 'activations' of reconfiguration for this host system: invoked by SUCCESSFUL writes to the 'xcmGenReconfOptionState' reconfiguration invocation object of 'activateFor[ImmediateChange|RebootChange|ImmediateReboot]'; and followed by SUCCESSFUL completions of 'activation' (without errors reports in 'xcmGenReconfError[Index|Status]'). Usage: Although no default value ('DEFVAL' clause) is permitted (by IETF SMIv2) for this counter, conforming host systems shall ALWAYS zero this counter upon conceptual row creation.
