An entry for a communications engine installed and (possibly) running on a platform (ie, CPU) on this host system. Usage: Note that values of 'hrDeviceIndex' used to reference entries in the 'xcmCommsEngineTable' shall ALWAYS reference entries in the 'hrDeviceTable' with 'hrDeviceType' equal to 'hrDeviceProcessor' (representing host system CPUs and therefore also having corresponding entries in the 'hrProcessorTable').
