Most recent date and time at which planned scavenging took place. Planned scavenging happens at intervals specified in the registry. Scavenging involves changing owned non-refreshed entries to the released state. Further, replicas may be changed to tombstones, tombstones maye be deleted and revalidation of old replicas may take place
