This parameter contains the estimated electrical length expressed in dB at 1 MHz, kl0. This is the final electrical length that would have been sent from the VTU-O to VTU-R if the electrical length was not forced by the CO-MIB. The value ranges from 0 to 128 dB in steps of 0.1 dB.
