The state of the power supplies in the concentrator. The value is a sum. For each power supply P, in the range 1 through 2, that is operational, 2 raised to (P - 1) is added to the sum. For example, if both power supplies are good, the value is 3 (2^0 + 2^1). In contrast, if power supply 2 is bad, the value is 1 (2^0). Note that the value will be NULL for those concentrators which can not access the power supply status.
