The local time of day at the concentrator. The value is a string of three binary-coded-decimal octets in the form HH MM SS, where HH is the hour (24 hour format), MM is the minutes and SS is the seconds. The local time of day is only used for out-of- band management via the asynchronous port on the concentrator.
