If modemFaxEncoding is faxRelayG711G726, maxModemFaxG711G726Rate specifies the maximum rate used during modemFax traffic only. If modemFaxEncoding is faxRelayOnly or useVoiceEncoding, maxModemFaxG711G726Rate is ignored.
