This attribute specifies whether to force outgoing reverse charged calls. This attribute, if set to a value of yes forces reverse charging on all outgoing calls (from the DTE to the network) using this particular Dna unless the caller specifies a NUI in which case the call is charged to the NUI. If set to a value of no then reverse charging is not forced for outgoing calls. This attribute is ignored if the corresponding attribute, outCalls is set to a value of disallowed.This attribute must be semantically consistent with the corresponding attribute, outReverseChargeCalls.
