This attribute, if set to a value of yes indicates that the charges for incoming normal charged calls from a DTE with the same DNIC (calls from the network to the DTE) will be transferred to the called DTE. If set to a value of no, then charges will not be transferred. This attribute is ignored if the corresponding attribute, incCalls is set to a value of disallowed.
