This is the maximum round trip delay value used by the Trunk staging protocol, in conjunction with measuredSpeedToIf, to determine if it has taken too long to successfully stage with a remote Trunk. The value specified must be larger than the measuredRoundTripDelay or the Trunk may not successfully stage.
