trk Low Speed Alarm Threshold

This attribute specifies the lower end of the range of normal speeds for this Trunk. If the measuredSpeedToIf drops below this value the Trunk component generates a SET alarm. When the measuredSpeedToIf reaches or exceeds the value of this attribute, the Trunk component will generate a CLEAR alarm.
