This attribute specifies the upper end of the range of normal speeds for this Trunk. If the measuredSpeedToIf exceeds this value the Trunk component generates a SET alarm. When the measuredSpeedToIf returns to or falls below the value of this attribute, the Trunk component will generate a CLEAR alarm.
