This attribute is the count of the number of times the path has successfully reconnected. It is set to zero the first time the path is up. If a path fails anytime after connecting, this count will be incremented when the path is up again. Failed route requests do not count in this statistic. See retryCount(rcount) - page 78. This attribute stops counting at its maximum value.
