This attribute counts the number of call packets which were returned to the hunt group by the member because it could not connect the call. If this counter increments frequently, it could indicate a problem with the member's reporting of its availability to the hunt group or an incompatibility in the call options. This counter wraps to 0 when it exceeds its maximum value.
