This attribute indicates the current value of N2 negotiated by the Radio Link Protocol (RLP), during Exchange Information (XID). This is the maximum number of times a RLP entity shall retransmit an individual frame following the expiry of timer T1. The value used for XID negotiations can be provisioned by component GsmIwfRadioLinkProtocol attribute n2RetransmitCount.
