This attribute indicates the training procedure used by the V.17 modems. ITU-T defines two training procedures. A longer training procedure used at call setup, and a short training procedure is used during the fax call when switching from the V.21 modem to the V.17 modem. A value of notApplicable indicates that the attribute is not applicable for the modem.
