This attribute specifies the committed information rate (CIR), and represents the rate at which the network FRF.5 ATM VCC agrees to transfer information under normal conditions. A conservative CIR value would be the sum of the CIRs of all the individual FrAtm Dlcis multiplexed by the VCC. The cir is converted into ATM service parameters according to the conversion policy specified by the connectionTransferPriority attribute. The conversion policy is defined under the ModuleData FrameRelayService AtmNetworking TransferPriority/n component.
