This attribute specifies the maximum aggregate user to network direction EIR allowed for SVCs on the interface. It is provisioned as a percentage of the access link speed. This attribute is ignored if unlimitedAggregateEir, another attribute under the same group, is set to yes. This attribute is used to limit, at this interface, the amount of excess SVC throughput allowed into the network through the normal priority queue.
