This attribute indicates the committed burst size (Bc) in bits and represents the amount of data that a network agrees to transfer under normal conditions over a measurement interval (t) when rateEnforcement is on. Data marked with DE=1 is not accounted for in committed burst size. This attribute is not applicable when rateEnforcement is off.
