dcme Unrestricted64k Alarm Threshold

This attribute specifies how many unrestricted 64 kbit/s calls can be rejected by one dcmeLink within the alarmTimeInterval time before a SET alarm is generated. This alarm is cleared when the number of rejected unrestricted 64 kbit/s calls is less than unrestricted64kAlarmThreshold in a subsequent interval. If the value is 0 the rejected unrestricted 64 kbit/s calls are not monitored.
