dcl Idle Pattern

This attribute specifies an idlePattern in the channel received from the E1 interface, which is required to determine if the channel is active or not. When the end of the idlePattern is detected it indicates the start of a new speech call. When this idlePattern is detected it indicates the end of a speech call. When changing this attribute make sure that the alternateIdlePattern attibute is set correctly.
