Virtual Router Snmp Party Max Message Size

This attribute is the maximum length in octets of a SNMPv2 message that this party will accept. For local (Agent) Parties (SnmpV2PartyEntryProv local = true) this cannot be set to greater than the fixed Agent maximum of 1400. For non-local (Manager) Parties (SnmpV2PartyEntryProv local = false) the maximum is 65507.
