This attribute indicates whether this party executes at this SNMPv2 entity. If this attribute has a value of true, then the SNMPv2 entity is an Agent, and will listen for SNMPv2 messages on the ipAddress associated with this party. If this attribute has the value false, then the SNMPv2 entity is a Manager.
