This attribute specifies the duration of the Hello Timer. Every helloInterval seconds, this node will send out a Hello packet to the neighbor node, subject to the helloHoldDown timer having expired at least once since the last Hello packet was sent. A value of 0 specifies that the value provisioned for the helloInterval attribute of the ARtg Pnni component should be used.
