This attribute specifies the node id of the configured node. If this attribute is set to null, then the node id is computed as follows: If this is the lowest configured node, then the node id is computed as the level (one octet), followed by the integer value 160 (one octet), followed by the node address (20 octets). If this is not the lowest configured node, then the node id is computed as the level (one octet), followed by the 14 octet peer group id of the child peer group which the LGN represents, followed by the ESI specified in the node address (6 octets), followed by the integer value 0 (one octet).
