appnIdNumber

appn Id Number

The idNumber is used to identify the local SNA node. It is the last five hexadecimal digits of the SNA node id and is administratively defined. The idNumber will be combined with the three hexadecimal digit block number to form the SNA node id. The SNA node id is included in APPN alerts and in XIDs. A unique value is required for connections to SNA.
