appnFqCpName

appn Fq Cp Name

The network qualified control point (CP) name. This is the name by which the node is identified within the APPN network. It is signalled on the XID 3 exchange and is the end-point of CP-CP sessions established with this node. The first portion of this name, up to the period, is the network identifier for the network to which this node belongs. An APPN network is a portion of a virtual private network which has a separately administered name space. This network identifier is the implicit qualifier of all resources which do not have an explicit network identifier.
